This is my first attempt at converting to black and white. I used a
technique described in Martin Evening's book "Adobe Photoshop CS for
Photographers" on page 237. I would appreciate any input. Best wishes

I photographed from inside Bridgeton covered bridge in late October,
2006. Farmers were harvesting soy beans in the field. You can see the
dust in the air in the distance.

I was in Hawaii in March of 2008 and had the opportunity to shoot this
sunset. I took several pictures in succession and captured the sailboat
crossing in front of the setting sun.

This bridge was torched by an arson a few years ago. It was rebuilt
according to the original blue prints and specifications. This a very
beautiful covered bridge and I have photographed it several times. Any
critique that you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Best wishes.
