Barber Motorsports Museum has the largest collection of motor cycles in the world. Everything from the earliest motor driven cycles to the most up-to-date, or unusual. Two examples follow.

A recent trip to Prince Edward Island provided me the opportunity to see some old lighthouses. All three of these were taken with a Canon 50D and the EF-S24mm 2.8 STM lens. It takes up a lot less room in a bicycle bag and weighs a lot less than most of the other lenses I have. This made it a great choice for the week.

On a recent bike trip in Nova Scotia we checked out the huge tide changes on the Bay of Fundy. This picture was taken about an hour after low tide. Note that all three of these boats are still completely out of water.

I spent most of this past weekend at Road Atlanta. Got to see some very interesting cars. The first is a nicely restored 1960's Porsche - not there to race. The next was the first 911 I ever saw that was painted to look like it was fully chromed. The last is of a local club members car on the track doing over 100 mph.

Great start for the this week. I took a few minutes to play with my Canon 100-400 this week. Taken handheld with Canon 50d at 400mm ISO 100 F5.6 1/60.

3 of my granddaughters taken while playing with my new 40 mm pancake lens, which I got for Christmas. Canon 50d, 40 mm f2.8 with flash.

Taken with Canon 50d & 24-105 zoom with flash. It's hard to get a child at play, in a cluttered room, to be still long enough to get a good shot.
