  1. Great shot! After shooting some hockey this weekend I understand the challenges of getting a fast enough shutter speed to stop the puck the way you did in this photo!

I might increase the exposure on this photo if it was shot in raw?

Looks like the sky is on fire... not sure what is in the middle, and the other boarders are a little distracting, but pretty neat all around photo!

This type of shot makes me miss the early mornings of fall in the country. (I assume this is monrning but I suppose it could be evening)

Either way, great shot, love the lighting!

This shot was taken fairly early morning (I liked the angle of the light)

Let me know any comments you may have, I would appreciate it!

    Thanks!

As a Fellow Michigander you have inspired me to visit some lighthouses in michigan and try some photos of my own! This one in california looks stunning, great composition, makes for a "dream" setting.

    Congrats!

  2. I like this composition a lot John! Moves your eye to the tower perfectly without being toooo distracting with the boats. Perfect! Angle of the light couldn't be better! Cheers!

Carl, Out of all of your light painting pictures this is one of my favorites. I have to say you have inspired me to go out and try some light painting of my own! Now just to find the time.

    Thanks for sharing your work!

Even though the mask hides it, it is always great to see the expressions of determination on these youngsters faces. Cool photo, this must have been a day game?

I was happy to get a sharp enough image out of this shot. Very poorly

light stadium. Not using a great lens (I'm just getting started)

Borrowing my gramps' 75-300 USM. Better than nothing!

This was at 75mm and f/4.5

    Any Critiques greatly appreciated thanks!
