<p>I think MS just kept rolling newer versions into the same Compatibility Pack. <p>My first choice is the Land Between the Lake (LBL) area in west Kentucky / northwest Tennessee. Maybe not the best spot in the Midwest, but for me it's just a 15 minute drive. You can go on your own or as part of a guided tour.
