    I'm using an sLr.Not for this picture though.I see what you mean about the psychological content.It does draw you in more.I agree that somthing can be completly technically correct but look really boring.However somtimes I can appreciate somthing for that reason.It just looks really perfect.I was looking in a magazine today and since I have been looking at so many pictures on here and on flickr,I looked at the pictures differently. I did feel that some of them lacked creativity but were technically awesome.I guess because of this site and others you see all sorts of amazing pictures and your standards are raised.Some pictures just stand out more than others and you are right its mostly the emotional factor or the creativity vs the technical.

    I do think I need to follow some of the rules .When I figure out what all the rules are.I'm still struggling with exposures and trying not to get blurry pictures unfortunatly.My tripod is always with me .But,I must say what I love about photography and art in general is playing with things and trying to be creative .I have put some of my pictures upside down or sideways and liked them better.I'll put one up that I turned.I didn't know that about Kandinsky.But i do think its true about knowing what definetly works and then pushing it.Happy accidents can make the best pictures too.I can always see both sides of an argument.lol I'd make a good lawyer.heehee.Thankyou both again for your great advice.I just love it.

    I like this because its real.Thats what makes it standout.I think she looks beautiful.You captured alot of personality too .She seems like she is having fun.She has a natural playful looking expression.Great picture!

    This picture really stood out among all the portraits.I think its the lighting that drew me to it first ,then the composition and the expression.I like it alot.

    Wow,thankyou so much for the great feedback!I agree with you .I see that glow in the corner by my hair and ear now.As for the troubled look.I have a face that shows every emotion unfortunatly.lol

    This picture is very interesting .I like what Tom Meyer said.The slant of the

    cobblestone street with the high heels looks very unstable.Mabye could be taken as a

    comment about Russia. I like how the shape of the high heels mimics the

    spires.Upside down that is.Its a very cool picture.
