Hello guys, I took this photo today and I really like it, but there is a little bit of noise or grain or something in the backround. Can this be removed or covered up or anything I can do to make it less distracting? I would love any help or advice.

So, what would be better to use?

What is the difference between RAW and RAW+L? It can't be that big of a difference...can it?

...poor Ken....

I think it's both. You need the skills and the ability to do those skills.

Thats a really cool shot!

I think they should progress the way they are, but lower the prices.....ALOT!

I had a kind of similar experience. Me and my friends were swimming in my pool and this huge deer just comes out of nowhere. I run inside (almost falling) and got my camera. Started to snap photos. I looked down at the screen and it said "Insert CF card". I run inside to get one and when I come outside....the deer was gone!

Thanks guys for all of yall tips. I will keep them in mind when at the games. I will also look into the 200 f/2.

Thanks Rainer, I would love a faster lens, but just don't have the $$$ (Money). I can borrow a canon 100-400mm lens from a friend. Would that lens be any better?

I make my own little movies at home. I would like to add music to them, but I want music with no words. Is there a program you buy to take the words out of the song, or do I buy songs without words? Is there a website where you can download songs without words?

Well, I shot my first soccer game last night for our high school girls’ varsity team. For my first soccer game and it
being at night, I was proud of some of the images. I used a canon Rebel XTi on "P" mode with a 580EX 2 Flash and a
canon 80-200mm f/4.5 shot handheld. Although some images were ok MOST were blurry. I am going back again and
was wondering if yall could tell me what settings to put. I was guessing that since the conditions are tough (Night
time shooting) that instead of shooting in "P", I need to use manual and set the settings myself. The problem is, I
don't know anything about manual settings. I know a better lens would help, but I’m not willing to buy a new lens just
yet. Can yall help?

Ok, I just ruined a perfect sunset photo because I don't no the difference in ISO speeds. Do you use the low number for dark conditions and highest for light conditions or is it the other way around. I shot the sunset at 1600 thinking that was right because it was semi-dark outside, instead, I got a very noisy photo.

I need to fix this because Im shooting my first soccer game at night with stadium lights and ISO is really important.

Depends what you like to shoot. I do nature/wildlife and the "Outdoor Photographer Magazine" is very helpful to me.

Online? I just went to a place in town that does them. I typed everything on a photo in photoshop and gave it to the lady on a disk. 2 weeks later I got 500 of them. That simple.
What´s easier for you...
