I love the simplicity and the pure grandeur of that stack of hay. I also love the blue hue to the B&W. What a great shadow- a little more of it would have been cool!

I guess I am not the only one that picked this out right away as a great image. The wrinkles are just so, well wrinkled and super sharp! But the expression of love between mother and baby (I think its the baby?) is remarkable! Thanks for your kind words on my GG bridge photo.

Stacy, Thanks for your comments on my question about personal style. Yes, you definitely have style. Its kind of quirky and retro. I love it. Don't tell me your secrets but do you get your look in post, in the set-up. Probably both?

This has a cool, ethereal feel to it. The angle at which you captured these scene is awesome and gives this structure a rather massive feel. The folks in line sort of blend in a bid but that girl feeding the birds- i can't stop looking at her! This is a great shot!

this is an amazing capture. like you said earth wind fire. The contrasts are startling between the straight lines and the clours. The textures are great- ultra smooth blue sky with the scratchy brown grass and hay. Very cool.

The colors are amazing! Great lines also.

Your GREAT use of aperture in harsh sun light looks great to me here. This is such a beautiful image the way the deep oranges fade to the edge give the flower a velvet look. Placing the flower off-center is very appealing and gives the background greenery a watercolor feel. Very nice!

this is very unique. the darkness of the hand draws a lot of attention. what would happen if she held the orb in the palms (palms facing up so more attention goes right to the belly. That would also eliminate the dark arm which would cradle her bump. (aren't pregnant bellies great?) The shadow just lighting the side of her face and neck is very cool and I love the idea.

i love the line of the train tracks and where the highlights fall on them just around the model. The texture of her hat and coat are nice and sharp. I wish her eyes had a bit more presence - I keep going to the hat. Cropping is awesome!

Andrea, I love all the lines in this- vertical vs horizontal and the diagonals. It has a lot of energy and the upward motion is very dynamic! Thank you for your kind comments on my photo!
