Wow - a wonderful start then. I love the background story that this image creates. Who is sitting at the other end of the lens that the camera can't see. Just marvelous.

Morning Dew

The day before Tropical Storm Dolie hit Cancun Mexico. Picture was

taken on Tv setting, set to 15 second integration. Some slight touchup

for contrast in photoshop.

absolutely stunning. that is almost all I can say. wow. Would live to know what you did to it to get the colors so vibrant. cheers.

Love the photo. The two waterspots on the right add something for me. Was that flower shot with a water background or a cloth background?

Thanks for the critique. I hadn't thought of that perspective. I did intend for the dark look of the picture to bring across a certain mood of gloom. So, glad to know I achieved that :-)

This is my second submission of "In the Name of Progress". The

orignal submission is in the same folder for comparison. I attempted to

clean up the noise in the sky in photoshop with color burns and

exclusions. Please let me know what you think of the new version.

I arrived at the Empire State Building at 5 oclock and waited two

hours for this shot. It was well worth the wait. I only wish they

would have allowed tripods at the top.

Lines of Demarcation

I absolutely love this photograph. It inspires so many emotions. I'd love to know the conditions under which this was shot. Nice job.

I shot this outdoors, in afternoon sun. I was driving along the road

and this beautiful flowered bush begged to be shot. This flower

gradiant of color caught my eye.

Thanks for the comment. I took this on my first shoot and unfortunately I didn't own a tripod yet. I like the moving water look as well. Maybe nest time I am in the mountains :-)
