John: Great color and reflection! Tom

Charles: Interesting patterns of light. Good eye. Tom

John: I like facial expression, it's cheeky. Not sure where the camera focused, I find her face not a sharp as rest of the photo. Tom

John: What a nice peaceful spot. Good composition, just love the clouds on the mountain top. Tom
-
Lannie: Great detail and lighting, the afternoon sun gives a nice rich tone. Tom
-
Gregory: Good composition, and use of DOF. The sharpness of the frost crystals is excellent. Tom

Monte: WOW, you caught the splash, great timing. Tom
-
Charles: Nicely captured! Just wish the dragonfly was sharper, but I know that sometimes that hard to do. I do think a slower shutter speed (1/1600 just to fast) and smaller aperture would have give a better photo. Tom

John: Good composition, I would likely removed the walkers and they add nothing, but that being picky. Good overall exposure and sharpness. Tom
-
John: I very much like the color saturation, good use of DOF to make the model standout form the background. Where do you find all of the beautiful women? Tom
-
Liz: I like the photo, but not sure it's really HDR. Did you use multiple exposures say 1EV apart? I just don't the see the full range of exposure I'd would expect. Tom

John: Wow, I love the soft colors and the graininess. Tom
-
Liz: Very well done portrait! Tom
-
Lannie: Thank you. Photoshop can be such a help. Using Raw I combined two images one exposed for the statue and the other for the background. Tom
-
Lannie: Great idea, I'll have to work on that when I retire. Tom
-
Lannie: Either way it is still a good photo! Tom

Lannie: Good composition, very typical of rural American. Seen much of the same in parts of MD, PA, upstate NY. I agree that a using a longer shot could have been better, the impact of clutter would have been less. I do feel that an adjustment to the mid-point in levels would help. Tom

Simon: Thank you for your comment, I agree that might help make it a better composition.

John: This is a tranquil scene, but not up the the quality of your last two, but still good. Guess you didn't get early enough. Tom
