What a stunner. The light is so beautiful, the composition exceptional.

I stole your idea for a title, Nacho...mil gracias, amigo.

Very appealing. I like the wash of light from the right rear. The softness and...imperfection, if you will...add to the image. I like it.

I can't imagine the photo working any other way than this angle; it's the first thing that impressed me. I like the juxtaposition of glamour with the tawdry lower right corner. Light is great and the B&W choice seems inevitable, the only possible option. All in all, I'd say it's well worth a trip into a women's salon.

I like the light and colors a lot, though I'm biased as I recognize this as my neck of the woods and think you did a good job with it. Trinidad?

Delightful.

I made some adjustments (as far as I know how) in the direction you suggested.

I'm just head over heels about your B&W work lately, Dick. I opened this before the color postings. Incredibly sharp focus here: I feel like I can touch the grass and feel the icy water. It looks tilted left a little: you might consider leveling it so the tall tree is closer to vertical. Other than that, I love it.

Powerful symmetry. Hey, your show is up, no? I hope the opening was grand!

The red sweatshirt and the boy's expression really make this one pop. The colors of the grasses (and cornstalks, in background?) are a lovely counterpoint: even the sky cooperates with that color scheme. Your usual sharp focus looks almost 3D around the boy's head. I like the whole thing. (Back in Texas, where I once lived, they'd say whole thang.)

Dark and riveting.

Moody and mystical. The blue at the window top makes this work.

What a beautiful photograph, Liz! I'm particularly taken with the rich painterly colors in the trees.

I love this.
