Something always drew my eye to Orion, now I know why!!! Thank you so much for opening my eyes. This is a wonderful shot!! Just mess with your exposure and lighting a little if you'd like to clean it up a little.

I must say you have a very nice portfolio but this photograph really stood out to me, wonderfully done, one to be extremely proud of. Thank you for your comment on The Journey it's one I'm pretty proud of, I'm actually working on making it a little better because I wasn't happy with using the same butterfly shot 4 times instead I'm going to use 4 different butterfly shots. Anyways love this photo and thank you for sharing.

I like this one better then the other one because it's brighter and centered better which improves exposure. Great shot.

This is a good start I think if you try again you'll get the whole thing. Like I said in my comments it took me about three days and about 7 different shots to get it right and to be honest I still don't think it's perfect. I'm my biggest and hardest critic.

I used noise reduction and a slow shutter as far as how slow I'd say about 3 seconds. I think the key to this shot was complete darkness in every direction so the lens wouldn't focus on anything but the stars. It took me about 3 days and 7 shots to get it right. Thank you so much for your interest.
