    Interesting photograph.. Skeletons always offer nice options to be creative. Have you considered the idea of transforming your photo into high contrast B&W?

     

    I have tried some skulls... if you do not mind, please take a look of them and share your opinion with me..

     

    I like the depth of field.. how the bird is looking down...

    Photographically speaking.... I liked the textures... they represents its age... One "observation" IHMO would be to try highlight the eye... i am sure his/her eyes shall be expressive adding extra drama to your portrait...

    Interesting portrait! Very sharp, very expressive, snakes are always expressive!

     

    Just as a tip of personal approach, I would crop to eliminate what in my opinion is a little too much background... The snake is more or less 33% of the whole area... I think that if it is cropped, it would be MORE impressive!

     

    I also have some snakes in my portfolio... if you would mind, please to take a look to them...
