wow wee. that's a stunner. bravo.
-
your patience was rewarded by a brilliant capture: color and composition. the central figures seem to gesture in a way that personifies them in an amusing way-- i can almost see dr suess tree people; that cartoony semblance is reinforced by the super smooth merging of purple-pink and blue. it's a great picture.
-
great idea-- and it's really been rendered well. the natural part (the maple leaf) actually seems softer and more impressionistic than the glass background. bravo.
-
nice lines and texture leading into an alluring view. the clouds are especially helpful in keeping a swirl of interest moving inward.

cool, very well done. it leans a bit left, but not a big problem. while leading us into the picture the alley or path seems to drop off in the foreground-- almost like it's a wall: i'd extend that illuminated diagonal line further to complete a sense of perspective. excellent focal point and overall very good rendering. cheers.
-
groovy: you nailed the bird along with a sharp and balanced view of a very special place on earth. good combo overall, aye? indeed!

i thought about joking that the bird on the right is "off" by about a sixteenth of an inch, but he really isn't. super capturing!
-
amazing study-- one can count every feather! a testament to evolution and a great pho†ographer.

amusing and fortuitous piece, wonderfully seen. in addition to sharing the opinions of the others, i'd just add my appreciation of the interesting coincidence of the triangles on either side of the door.
-
wow, i'm quite envious; a great bird portrait!
-
this is a great series-- wonderfully done. i think i would like a clearer sense of where the foot has gone-- if it's water then perhaps a ripple or reflection. the addition of the butterflies is a brilliant touch.

just outstanding: a perfect blend of subject and skillful treatment!

what a handsome little roller. fine treatment adds even more interest. well done!
-
stunning blue and green contrast-- fabulous treatment!

amusing and quite charming: the textures work great with this classic auto!

thank you grigoriy! i wish i could handle pastels like this!

thank you antoni. these finches nested happily and their fledglings now feed on the oranges we put out. cheers!
-
i'm thinking it's a prairie falcon. nice shot, sweet facial detail.
-
great harris study: good angle, detail and intensity.
-
thank you pierre-- from you that is a marvelous compliment! cheers!

thanks ken. it was intended to be a match for the other chinese-themed 'walking cranes' image.
