Thanks. I did repairs of this kind on my Hasselblad when I had it; pretty easy, but I seem to remember I got the foam pre-cut by a guy around Boston. Hard to remember why I walked into the kitchen these days, though.

Hey folks...I've cleaned the contacts repeatedly & properly, but my Canon 50mm lens no longer seems to connect with my EOS 7D. Is it worth repair, or should I replace? Thanks!!

I hesitate to say this because you've already taken it in, but this looks like an issue I had. I changed the light seals on the backs I was using and it was easily fixed. It might be appearing on some images and not others depending on how quickly you're winding the film before and after shooting. Good luck with it.

Hello, My EOS 7D seems unable to autofocus. I don't play around with settings much, but I'm hoping someone csan suggest a fix that doesn't involve an expensive trip to a repair shop; it's well out of warranty. Thanks, Rob

Hello...I use a Canon Pixma Pro 100 and the Print Studio Pro software. I'm running Windows 10, and trying to print out of the latest Photoshop. When I send an image to the printer, it will simply not come out at the size I want; I'll set something to 8 x 10 in Photoshop, and it will come out much smaller. I can't find any way of adjusting it to be the size it's meant to be, and I have no idea why the software simply ignores the size I've selected. The various sliders for margins, etc, in Print Studio Pro do nothing helpful. Plus, I can't find preferences settings anywhere to get the controls out of metric and back to Imperial.

Hello, Epson 4490 scanners are available for very low prices, and apparently can handle 4x5 negatives. 'm considering a move in that direction. Apparently Windows 10 drivers can be gotten for them and there are adapters for the input jacks. However, they are a little out of date; how do people with experience feel about the quality of these scanners compared to much more expensive models like the V800? Thanks, Rob
