I love these old structure photos. My family owns land around Cripple Creek and this photo reminds me of some of the old buildings in and around that area.

Ryan, this is a good start. Any one who is willing to go out in this kind of weather must have determination. On my monitor your snow looks a little grey.

You could adjust the white balance if you shoot in raw format. There is a good post in the forum section on PN explaining how to photograph snow. I like your framing and subject. Brrrrrrr

Aris, this is called a Pinecone Ginger. Did you enjoy your drive to Hana? You will see the most spectacular foliage on this road. Did you have a chance to photograph the many waterfalls on the way or were you here during the summer months when they are dry? I like your photo.
