Well done Steve, we saw a few of these on our trip, but unable to get the camera and lens out fast enough.  Nice job!

Technically well executed, but your subject does not appear relaxed.  You should be able to get your subject to relax and enjoy the photo shoot.

Nice image Tm may I suggest  a second flash to the left and one on the background.  Nice detail and color on  this one.
