Clam Shucker in Florida. All critics welcomed thanks for taking a
look.

Photo of Fall Creek Falls State Park in Tennessee. Upon further
observation I think I missed the shot. Maybe if I cropped the water
activity to the right starting at the large flow and included the
flow at the bottom leaving out the left and upper flows. Whatever,
it's done. Thanks for taking a look. All critics welcomed.

I tried to capture Autumn in this photo. I think I did it, well,
after a hundred or so photos from every angle. Anyhow, all critics
are welcomed, ratings are cool, but comments are invaluable.

Interesting Fisherman's shack found in the Gulf of Mexico outside
Tarpon Springs. All critics welcomed. Comments are coveted, and
ratings are fun. Thanks for taking a look.

Follow the river outlets of the Gulf of Mexico to where the river or
creek starts and who know what you find, like this brave kid 20 ft.
up a tree alongside the riverbank. All critics welcomed. Comments
are coveted. Ratings are fun. Thanks for taking a look.

I played with this photo using a channel mixer and some gradient
fills. The subjects are Commodores atop pilings that once supoorted
a home built 3 miles off the shores of Tarpon Springs in the Gulf of
Mexico. All citics welcomed. Advice is coveted. Ratings are fun.
Thanks for taking a look.

This is the view Thursday morning off Belle Isle overlooking the
Middle Ground with the Jefferson Industrial area as a backdrop. All
critics welcomed, thanks for taking a look.

Color dodging is evident.

This is a symbol of Detroit's economic state. For most of us who
live in this area our economic future seems to be a dimley-lit,
long, walk off a short pier. All critics welcomed, thanks for
taking a look.

Render clouds in photoshop should never be used "as-is"

Thanks Paul and Matt. This photo was taken after the sun had just sank below the horizon directly behind the church. I captured this photo (on a tripod) at all sorts of shutter speeds with a 18-55mm and a polorizer. I picked one of the exposures that had enough detail but yet created enough shadows to form a good foundation for some work in ps. I used the channel mixer to get the tones in bw that appealed to me and used a white color dodge on the lighting to enhance their effects. The sky is rendered clouds with some gaussian and motion blurs and a touch of wave generation. In other words ps, ps, and a little more ps.

put up a days ago. Thanks to those who take a look.

Great shot Alex. I'm very found of capturing the decaying relics of the industrial era. Well done with excellent depth.
