    The Boss

Now this is a real kids' photo. There's a whole story going on here. Nicely framed and what a catch ... All in the moment. Congraulations. 6/7

I agree with the "crop on the left" comment - But apart from that this is a great photo. The soft little face framed by the hard rusty metal is classic. The other shot in the truck is great too. Keep shooting! 6/7

Nick is right ... it is a little story ... a Fairytale. More than just a kid shot, more than a portrait, more than a landscape ... well conceived with beautiful technique. Congratulations. 7/7

I hope so ... I'll keep experimenting and see what happens. Some of my shots weren't into the light and still had bands on them ... so who knows what causes it?

No it's just a straight jpeg shot with the camera on auto ... it's never done this before ... but five or six shots out of this batch had the same effect and I'm wondering what's the cause!

I have a Fuji S9500 whuch normally takes a decent photo. Recently a

bunch of photos have had bands of colour occurring as per this sample.

Has anyone got an explanation please? Is my camera at fault? All

    correspondence most welcome.

I think the crops help strengthen the shot. I like Glenn's crop best. The green background is a bit of a distraction for me. Beautiful litle model ... great expression.

This scene on a point in Glengarriff bay in Ireland reminded me of a

bonsai tree ... the shape and "gei" of the tree was very reminiscent of

bonsais I have seen. Comments welcome.
