Dear Siamak,

Thank you for your warm comment. This chick was a Robin which fell off of her nest. Since the nest was right in front of my office window, I was taking pictures from the moment parents were building the nest, mother caring for eggs, eggs hatching and until the end that only one out of three chicks survived. This little one was one of two unlucky ones. I might post the series someday. At one point we had a late season snow (in April) and the nest was completely buried under several inches of snow.

Thank you for your comments. I am agree with Vincenzo that moon shots aren't that unique. I was more interested in comparison of IQ with high end prime lenses like Canon L series.

I did spend about an hour with this family of Canadian geese (10 goslings and two parents). It was fun to watch the family dynamics, specially intruder (a.k.a. photographer) alert! Thanks to Bigma I kept my distance and shot some fun pics including this one.

Interesting DOF. Acts like a curtain, effectively focusing the viewer's attention to the first few feet of the scene.

Reminds me of classic song with the same name by Led Zepplin. Nice shot.
