1.
I picked up a Yashica MG-1 today and was checking everything out on the camera.
I have owned other Yashica Electro 35 cameras and this is pretty much like the others I had.
I have a question about the rangefinder on this camera. The rangefinder is nice and bright and seems to work fine except when I turn the rangefinder ring to bring things into focus, the rangefinder brings things into focus horizontally as it should but vertically there are two over lapping images. Has anyone else had this experience. Am I doing something wrong or is the rangefinder on this camera not working properly?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

 2.
This shot was taken probably 7 or 8 years ago. My 13 year old black Lab "Ricky" giving it his all at running.
Ricky has long departed for the Rainbow Bridge but his ashes are spread at this park where he loved to go every day. He will forever be at his favorite place.
Taken with my first Nikon DSLR D70.

00da3n-559200684.jpg.2155141a75df61389cfe7c1cf0b70896.jpg

 3.
What is the big attraction for all these senior pictures being taken on RR tracks?
I am a former (retired) RR police officer and I can tell you it is not a pleasant thing to pickup pieces of
someones body after being struck by a train. I have done it way too many times.
Number one it is against the law to trespass on RR property and it is down right dangerous.
If the senior having his/her photo taken doesn't have enough sense not to trespass on RR property then
I think the photographer should, unless he/she doesn't have any common sense either.
