Matt,
I don't know if you could call the flames in my furnace in the early morning hours of Nov. 30, 2016 interesting,
but we were awakened at 4 am. of something burning inside of the house. After checking the living area
I went to the basement and found our furnace had caught fire. I know; there is supposed to be fire inside
of a furnace, but not where this fire was. Luckily we have gas fireplace logs in the living room and that was our source of heat for a week before we had a new furnace installed.

I am fully aware that photos submitted to this forum should not contain any "hand of man" elements.
But this sight is what greeted us at our hiking park this morning.
I just wanted to show what "hand of man" elements can do to our beautiful wild and natural things.
The doe was very much alive when I took this photo but had to be dispatched due to the extent of her injuries
You can clearly see how this poor doe thrashed and struggled to free herself from this "hand of man" deer killer.
If you choose not to allow this photo I will understand.
