Tony -  thanks, image was re lighted and lab  equalised 

then color painted in using gray  masks

I had no detail in upper 'tree section' of this image

original is 'flat' as a ironing board

 I needed to change/distort and relight   depth displacing mid -ground a little

used 'pinch' filter do achieve this

sometimes it works on flat areas with no apparent vertical shapes eg. trees

its an impressive image Hugo, pastel like colors are very appalling to me

one question in regards to blurry  sky

unless there was a very windy day

was  exposure time long enough to blur sky like that

it not,

do you apply radial blur or smudge brush or you paint over  ?

or combination of what?

I also noticed your outlined horizon line very well
