a beautiful portrait of a gorgeous dog. love the chain collar. the pricked ears are good for shape and breakup of negative space. i like the solid/blurry but not monotone bg. perfect placement and lively color. all around good.

awesome placement! love the leading line created by the row of birds. nicely timed. looks like it's in focus too. and of course, the colors are lovely.

love the warm colors and the irony of that against the subject. good shapes to lead the eye. i wish there was a strong focal point here, but the motion is def nice.

your cat is very cute and i like the sharp contrast of his light coat against the dark spots in it. love the squinting eyes and the slight tilt to his head. i wish the bg was a bit darker, but there's not much you could have done about that.

i like the one who is looking straight at you! their matching colors really make for a nice shot. good clarity and excellent b/w. my favorite subject of course.

i like the shadows of this and the dulled feel of the subject itself... but i feel there is something missing. perhaps a dulled out sort of antique fake flower just where the bottom armpit would be would do the trick...

the lush colors of this are great. i'm a big fan of the splash at the bottom. the clarity makes this one really good.

looks like a fast little horse. i like his coloring. rider's posture and clothing aren't terribly photogenic, but i think b/w could actually help that out. i do love the action and timing of this pose.

out of all the shots in this presentation, i like this one best. the two colors are great for contrast and variety and offset the gray bg nicely. i love the leading line of the stem and the balance of the shot. the stem helps offset the centered placement of the tomatoes and the clarity is excellent. i really love that we can see all the little details. good work.
