Outstanding colors and DOF

Does the sippy cup take too much of the shot?
-
Thanks
-
Does the lack of pupil clarity detract from the serious tone of this
photo for anyone else?

Signing enlistment papers...after careful review of course.

Really like the expression, you cuaght him at just the right moment. But I would also like to have seen the rest of his legs and some more surroundings to put him more into "context"

Thank you, it will hang on the wall next to "Trouble" My wife loved the white dog in that one, that is why we now have this pup--an anniversary gift. I appreciate you guys taking the time to comment.

Our new pup has latched on to our older dog and it's making for some
good pics. Thoughts and tips are appreciated.

Clive, I've actually been checking back in from time to time. I have to say that your skills with the dodge tool are a lot better than mine (probably a lack of patience on my part). You did a very subtle, yet highly effective job. I like it.
-
Thanks both of you. I actually forgot to even adjust the color saturation on here like I do with most of my shots. Furthermore, I forgot to save the original so now all I have is this compressed version...never drink and edit at the same time :0)

Very original. I like it a lot, but must agree that I don't feel as much pain coming from it as I could. Maybe having the center subject head turned down a bit and the A, I, and N hands with some more "expression" to them--they seem too alive/energetic.
But those are minor details. Overall, and outstanding shot.

Thanks for comments and ratings...

True colors...
-
Thanks Daniel. I was extremely close. There were probably a hundred of these guys buzzing around my head, but luckily they were more interested in the flowers. The colors aren't true. I turned up the yellow on the bee and adjusted the hue on the rest of it until the red/pink tones came out.
-
I agree wih the overexposure. Perhaps dropping brightness, upping the contrast and then playing with the color saturation (specifically the red). If I were on my own computer I'd try it on PS and show you rather than just sit back and criticize.

Great color and expression make this shot. Was she trying to mimic the Mig maybe?
-
Wow, that is much better. I'm definitely gonna check that out. I don't do commercial stuff so the free version should do me just fine. Thanks a lot for the tip Spencer. I was starting to wonder if I was gonna get any help at all on it.

Couldn't pass a shot of this tiny guy. What I don't get, is that I
shoot at 100 ISO, but still get bad noise if I so much as talk about
adjusting my contrast levels. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry, I sure don't remember his name. I know his father's name was Falah, but that's about it.
