  5. <p>another 2c on the lens recomendation -<br> I think that unless you are planning to take pictures in low lights investing in f2.8 glass is over kill. Also, having VR is not going to help much for action photos. If I was in your place, if money is not an object and you a planning to invest in a VERY good tripod, I would buy Sigma 300-800mm f/5.6 EX Autofocus Lens. Than, with proper use, you can forget about cropping and photoshop.<br> Good Luck. </p>
  6. <p>Rob,<br> If after investing so much money in to hardware you still have to spend a lot of hours photoshoping your results I'd sudgest to invest some of your time and money into photo classes to learn to use your equipment to get the most return from your investment.<br> just my 2c. </p>
  7. <p>You can try these steps in Photoshop:<br> First select general area in the picture using Lasso or Marquee tool.<br> Than<br> Image > Adjustments > Replace Color<br> and use eyedroplet within "Replace Color" to select roots and change hue and saturation as needed.</p>
