Nice idea Ken, the lichen does give a good abstraction. Perhaps a little manipulation in Photoshop to give some surreal colour would work too? Very original

Nicely done Nando... I like picking colour out of black & white and have done one myself with a telephon box in my own gallery... well done 6/7

Danielle, you have captured the innocence of childhood with this fine shot, well done and a deserved 7/7.

Magnificent contrasty shot with excellent composition of the foreground and main subjects... I love this picture.

Nicely done. I like this shot very much and I'm a big fan of images where a bold colour dominates other muted tones. I'm not sure that the composition could have been improved a bit not knowing what was around you at the time but I doo like the effect you've captured here. Take a look at one of my pictures, I forced a similar feeling in Photoshop by getting a Telephone Box to stand out from a desaturated background... It can be found at http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=4344186......Regards.

This shot has a great perspective to it and the composition I like very much. My only criticism is that the rope off to one side is distracting. Perhaps it could be cloned out... 6/6

Baogiang, this is a great shot from the perspective of the setting and the solitude that this couple must have been seeking. However, there is a green colour cast to the image which could be remedied easily in Photoshop (or similar). Well done on the subject matter 5/6.

Pino, this is a traffic jam I wouldn't have minded being in!!! Perhaps a lower angle of view might have added more drama to this shot. Say taken from exhaust level and slightly to the right so that you're looking along the side of the car (F430?) at the line of traffic.

Excellent photograph... Pin sharp (excuse the pun) 7/7

Jason ... Good job. Nice composition and lighting. You've really made the most of that sky IMO, well done 7/6.

Nicely done. This is a composite shot presumably? I really like the sky... what an amazing cloud formation... and very well captured... 6/7

Very well done but I would consider cloning out the red rope across the scene 5/6
