My friend and I were taken in by a man who lived in a Tee-Pee because
we were stranded without a vehicle 50 miles from anywhere. On this
morning, as I attempted to exit the Tee-Pee, the flap was frozen
shut. It took a few whacks with some firewood to dislodge the Cowhide
door, only to step into a winter wonderland. Your comments are
appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

Abid, the composition and color are splendid. These clouds are magnificent in their texture and depth. I love the fact that the foreground is dark and forebidding under the passing of the storm, yet above the clouds it is peaceful and serene. Perhaps the foreground could be slightly lighter for clarity. This photo tells a complete story. Beautiful!!

This is an exceptional image considering the patience it takes to catch these rascals at the right moment. The focus is on the flower and butterfly, rendering the background out of focus and giving it a nice wash of color as a backdrop. Perhaps the only thing I can say is that the near wing is out of focus.

And it looks cold this morning. It is a gorgeous image with great color. My comments would be regarding the horizon being visually tilted. Secondly, I feel the image would gain impact if a small portion of the dock was cropped to lower the horizon, moving it away from the center and placing it at a third from the bottom. Thanks Britt for the lovely sunrise.

So beautiful! Congratulations, this is awesome in its color range, peaceful with its simplicity, attractive because of its shapes. I am inspired when I see such Jewels like this. Thanks Zoltan.

Erik, I would have expected a scene like this recieve more comments and higher ratings. Me thinks this is well done and while not completely original, Its quite fine. I find it close to mesmerizing. Oh well, such is art.

Everything comes together here, exposure, lighting, composition, subject matter, timing, etc. Probably my favorite image of the month, maybe better. Thanks Regina for being there!!

Hope to see more. This is nice. The time of day has given the scene warm, rich colors. I feel that the actual horizon may be tilted slighty, easily fixed in photoshop. I am also indifferent to fact that the horizon line is in the middle, probably working better if it was placed higher and some rocks and leaves captured in the foreground to add depth. Oh well, you asked. All in all, very pleasant. Thanks!!!

and render digital. All comments and observations welcome. Thanks!!!

The sky alone is quite amazing. If only you had a little more room at the bottom to move the house closer to the intersection of thirds at the bottom left. A cropping dilemna since you would want to include as much sky as possible. It is still an attractive image.

it may be a little harsh regarding contrast and I believe I see some extra magenta in some of he darker areas of the water. It is quite nice still and I love the motion of the water and the fall colors among the foreground rocks. I wish I was there at that time!!!

makes the shot work well. The colors and ripples bring so much to this image. Very nice.

Taken during a light rain. I pulled out some saturation to soften.
