Top floor of the abandoned David Broderick building, downtown
Detroit. Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate all comments.

Thanks for adding the knife. It adds a whole different dynamic to a standard still life.

This was shot on B&W film, it is the original.

I shot my sister-in-law with my two nieces four weeks before the baby
passed away of cancer. At the time of this shot, no one knew what
was to come. The picture seems somewhat prophetic, given the serious
mood.

Actually, I left the room exactly as I found it, minus some garbage. I personally do not like to alter the environment I'm shooting in, unless it's something small or completely necessary - But thats just me. Even though the second yellow chair may seem distracting or redundant, I like it just where it is : )

This is a doorway in the Broderick Tower in downtown Detroit (if you
know the 'D', it's the building with the whale mural on it).
Strangely enough, the doors were both open at the same angle; I
didn't set them up this way.
All commets welcome, Thanks for stopping by.

If you think you've seen this photo on here before, you probably
have. I re-tooled it just a smidge... all comments welcome!

Camilla, Great shot. The color really pops in this black and white, almost futuristic environment. Not a bad choice of girls, either.
