The Nutcracker is coming.... and these mice are terrified (sort of)

The 23rd annual Turkey Trot in Detroit greeted runners this years
with freezing tempertures, snow, ice and gale-like winds...until the
very end, of course. Thanks for looking, B.

Ricardo, nice shot... the rugs on the railings really pull this together. Good depth and contrast!

The long-abandoned Packard plant in Detroit... at least they have
chairs.

Lucky for me, someone had spraypainted red on the window at the top
of the stairs in this abandoned school in Detroit. The end result is
one hellish looking stairwell. Thanks for looking, if you're feeling
generous, please leave a comment!
Thanks,

Byron, I really like the dark feel to this shot. Personally, I think your contrast is just fine (nothing against Rory ;)

Roaming a neighborhood late, late at night, I got this shot by
creeping up onto someones front lawn. Oddly enough, no one noticed
me shooting the entire time I was in the neighboorhood. Creepy...

Beautiful model, nice pose... as mentioned by others, the highlights are slightly blown, and the light looks a little on the harsh side. Take it down a notch and/or throw in a diffuser, and this would be "bangin" I give it a 6/6... it totally caught my eye.

One beautiful thing about old cemetaries are the monstrous trees
that greet you. I shot this with an 8mm late at night. All
comments welcome, and thanks for looking.

Taking a break from a party I found myself on the backyard
swingset. Got to love those October skies...

Clive... I love infared, but I've never worked with it myself. Most often I see shots that are predominatly white, I like that you have a good balance here. Nice job! ~B. Lauren

What I really appreciate about this photo is the conflict of interest. I want to look at the model, but my eye is drawn down the railing to the structure at the end. Some people might consider that a bad thing, but I like that it keeps my eyes moving. Also, the object at left and the model seem to balance eachother out. Good job!
