All,

I am getting relocated to Jacksonville, FL from Charlotte, NC; Biggs Camera Store has me most spoiled.

So, are there any large / medium format friendly camera stores in Jacksonville?

FedEx man just dropped off the goods, five business days in transit. I guess all good things come to those who wait.

All,
With the end of Agfa Rodinal, where and how do I get Adonal SHIPPED to Florida? I have seen adonal online at B&H, but it is
only for local pickup. It is hard to believe that life exists west of the Hudson ..... So, how do we get adonal west of the Hudson?

I tried to mount my Hasselblad Sonnar 150mm f4 lens on my 500CM, but i made a mistake; i tried to mount the lens without the shutter being ready. so, now the lens and the body are out of alignment. How do i adjust the lens (see attached photo) to align the body and lens?

Thank you.

South Florida is a little vague. But, if Tampa is within that area; Max Photo & Sign (http://www.maxxcolor.com/) is my recommendation without hesitation. If you can shoot it, he will process it and print it. Great prices and turn around time.
Unless you are shooting C41 B&W, I would agree with Yann and Larry.

I've requested several times that a 'film' category be added to photo.net.

Why do I shoot film? My friends ask me that all the time. The first answer that comes to mind is "Because there was Polaroid Type 55". Yes, I know that Type 55 has been discontinued, but the tones and grains rendered by a master using that medium would make one stop in awe. I strive for that 'perfection' but fall short. It is that pursuit of excellence when the process is full of externalities (age and type of film/chemistry) that has the Kendo Masters striving for excellence although it may never be achieved.

I have asked my self that very question when planning a trip. I agree with the dilemma of batteries/power vs. rolls of film vs film holders.
But in my opinion, the Hasselblad will be the camera of choice. I don't have a 50Cf, but that and the 180Cf would be my personal selection.
I tried to take my Burke and James 4x5 on a day hike on a remote beach, and was overwhelmed with the tripod, holders, keeping the film holders out of the direct light. The 20 rolls of film could easily be stored in a pocket of a backpack.

I lived in Fontana a few years back, there was a place there, but that is a haul from Cypress. I am sure that there were some places in Fountain Valley.
