Almost too much. What about a couple of those on an otherwise simple background (like sand)?.

Too much black on left. Be brave and crop really tall and thin. Great texture. Sean Joyce www.scenejuice.com

Needs to be rotated 1 degree to get horizon horizontal. Otherwise nice, but perhaps a little less sky, or less grass (one or the other).

Fall of the light has made it magic - well done. Sean Joyce www.scenejuice.com

Dramatic, but a little underexposed. Might have been better horizontal? Wave is a little crowded on the left.

You probably wern't close enough to do so, but this needed fill flash (or reflector).

Welcome Julie.
This image has a certain 'angst' interest. Cheers,

From inside a local shopping mall. I like the sail effect of the
curve. This is more an 'abstract' than it is 'documentary' of the
architecture.

The lens flare and partial sign is a little distracting. The monochrome is nice.

Very cute - did you remove the background afterwards, or shoot in studio?

I captured couldn't walk pass this opportunity, but I needed to soften
out the quite stark background. You can see some chromatic aberation
in this pic, but I like the rim lighting effect.

I love to shoot back against the light - you've managed a fantastic detail in your exposure here, regardless of the hard angle. I love the exagerated sense of perspective too. Great work!

Thanks Genevieve,
I actually see the seagull almost as a secondary subject - it's the timber and water that I love the most.

Fresh Queensland fruit - Feeling hungry?

Meant more as art/landscape, than a bird photograph, per se.
-
I put a high contrast filter and burned sepia over this to give it a
harsher effect.

Beautiful scene, captured by fireside.
