Beached and stranded. I like the play-off between the dark texture of the rocks and the white lines of the feather wrapped around the rock.

I feel like I'm looking at a photographic interpretation of a Stephen King novel.
Very original... thought provoking and masterfully put together.

You know what, Ian... I think it's the freaky look of the pyramid itself that through me with your previous image of it.
It's quite a striking piece of geology - particularly in that great light.
Solid composition here - I really like the way the pyramid forms the centre-piece (literally).

I really like the interestng texture your rendering highlights in this - especially in the ferns. I also like the way the trees stand out against that texture.

Apart from the great feel of the photo, I really like the way you've managed to capture the trail in the snow leading up to the child.

I was wondering how long it'd take for photos of this to creep onto pn ;-)
I really like the amount of city you've included here and the way the horizon is perpendicular to the gate's fabric... it adds an interesting dynamic.
-
It looks a touch over-sharpened, but otherwise a great composition - I especially like the colour and the contrast therein between the cooler blues/greys in the water and the autumn colours in the trees.

This made me laugh out loud. Perhaps alternative titles might include "Pinned", "Surprise" or "Freeze!"
Either way, clever and interesting shot.

The flowing nature of the pose really suits the projection here. Nicely put together.

Very cool... I like the parallel between the symmetry in the leaf and of the woman. Keep up the creativity.

Great expression on the 'real' man's face... plays off against the poster really well. Nicely done. Effective composition.

I really like the way the clouds form a background diagonal pattern here. Well seen.

What a fantastic rainbow of colour. Is this running water, or some Photoshop magic?
-
I personally would have gone for even less and blurred the background even more. But that is my own personal preference.
-
I really like the mix of colours in this one - and the slightly gainy appearance seems to compliment the lined nature of the flowers.
-
This just bleeds rock n' roll. Great composition with the space at left and smoke etc.
-
Great capture.
-
What a great little procession.
-
Is there REALLY no PS work on this? If so, I'd love to know more about how you achieved the colour... I think this is great!
-
Thanks Harry.

Both mysterious and very pretty at the same time. I like the way the valleys in the foreground lead you to the background valleys that disappear into the haze - it beckons you on further.

I really like the way the clouds balance out the grass here. I can almost feel the soft, summer breeze floating across the field :-)
I once owned the winds, now I am their slave . . .

hmmm, yes, I read about the territories with a sly smile... we're thinking of moving back to Vancouver soon and I've been plotting ways to throw a spanner in the works.
I was thinking of a 'masked bandit' type of deal, where I sneak into both of your territories, take photos at will and then post them under false accounts registered under pseudonyms... or even better, under your own names: eg. photo x taken in Paul's territory by Jos (laughing manically all the while, naturally) ;-)
