Well...I guess I should've figured that. Being an aircraft maintenance tech, I see those sorts of manufacturer/modification relationships come and go all the time. Although I don't really get involved much with single engine recips too much. Nice photo nonetheless. Keep up the nice work!

Dan, This is an outstanding shot. You should send it off to the Mooney Aircraft Company for marketing.

Nice photo. I agree with Monte, looks like a Red Shouldered Hawk.

Nice catch...for both you and the bird! I hope that comment above isn't implying that you faked this photo.

Now that's a million dollar view.

NICE!!! I can almost hear the roar of those Pratts! Well captured.

Great perspective of an awesome machine! I like the crop with the exception of the cut-off propeller blade.

Still a great photo. I wish I had taken it.

Great shot, David. Agree with Monte about the tail.

Nice story along with the photo. What a nice mother she is! About the photo...did you crop this or is this full frame? If it's cropped, I think it's a little too tight at the top. Great moment though.

I wouldn't make too much of a change. It's a nice photo as it is.

Very nice composition. Appears a little dark though. Maybe it's my monitor. I believe this is some type of titmouse.

Nice one, Don. I think I would have tried it in vertical though to try to eliminate that branch on the left. The fact that it's also in focus is just slightly distracting.

Carole,
First of all...congratulations on being selected for the "Last Frame" in the May Outdoor Photographer magazine. This photo led me to your portfolio and I'm glad it did. You have a great eye for composition and a keen sense of timing. Outstanding photos!
Regards,
Robert
