About this shot, I think the area to the right of the wall is pretty much dead space, but the darkness draws our attention to it. I wonder if a shot that is more perpendicular to that wall would better capture the stray items on the counter while reducing the lost, dark area. Just a thought. I like the concept.

Honestly, you're the only one it HAS to work for. The rest of us are gravy. So much stuff I like gets bombed that I sort of gave up on ratings and meaningful feedback. Sometimes I get an honest appraisal, but mostly just a bunch of numbers.

I'm gonna disagree with Linda here. I like a tight crop, but the missing chunk of the top just makes this seem crowded. I get that you were playing the shape thing, but in my opinion you still could have let this breath a little. Also, a little filler flash might (might) have brought out some detail in the wheels.

I think I am missing the point. Is this a fallout shelter?

I mighta cropped this towards the top. These colors are so vibrant that I think this would stand along without establishing elements. Great find.

There's an excellent chance that everyone in that line is drunk.

Hey! I just shot this sign as well. Right down the street from the Brauhaus.

Really just going for the laugh here, right? You didn't even bother to crop out her chin...

I like the subtle mingling of textures here very much. All of your macro stuff is impressive. Great stuff.

Pretty sharp for a converter.

admire camera folks who see a good shot someplace crummy. This and your couch shot are pretty cool junque finds. Great stuff.

It works very well. The reflection on the bench seems a continuation of the sun's corona. This is a great shot.

Looks like a scene from a movie. To your credit, it looks like a glimpse into a very private moment. If this wasn't posed, you're quite the sneak.

Bouncing or diffusing might help here. The close range-flash is burning hot spots all over this poor guy's face.

Dude, your eye for the irony of the ordinary is very sharp. What a great moment this image captures.
