Very nice soft directed light. Good lightning on the background. Good high key.
But what I find the more original is the awkward position of her feet The way the arms, hands and fingers are placed, is not that conventional but it look (kind of weird) natural !!!
In sum, a weird pose (in between plastic-fake-but-natural) that gives the originality to your photo. I look a great moment at the way she was modeling. So it works.
Great photo,

I like the fact that you have put some photographers in. Just under a setting sun, well placed. It give us an idea of the proportions. Nice blue water, you have done a great job on processing the colors.

This is a composite picture of a serie of 3 photos taken at night
between 35 and 50 sec. The light in the sky is coming from the city at
far. I have place my self so it was just over the old barn.

You should put this one to ratings. I would put a 7, I find it very original. Great from you to have saw that. I'm curious: how big was this piece of ice and how far were you from it?

This photo was taken a few days before christmas. Here the wind had
sculpted some blaze arround a pine needle.
The needle on the back left, was added with PS. I use clonage, free
transform, blur and played with the % of the layer to get a look-a-like
depth and color. I tought that the picture was not balance. It was more
easy to add then remove.
Feel free to visit my personnal web site. I have been absent from pn for a
few years now.
Thanks for your help,
martin

What a character. Great composition. Her hands are perfectly placed, good impact. I dont know if you directed your model, but it look very casual.
The black and white range is also very good. At first, I tought that the picture could have been a little bit more sharper in her face area, but I dont think, after looking at it, that it affect the quality of the photo. Whit the flare in the glasses, it keep some distance from the viewer. After all, she doesnt look like if she wants to share alot.
Very interesting photo,

Is this a "friendly-giant" ;)
Many interesting lines. The Small road and large women get's the perspectives a little bit mix-up and that is eye-catching. The tree, skirt, ballons and the far castle-a-like structure at the back keep me in the photo. Many things to explore.
The fog on the ground also gives an other line to the opposite direction of the road.
Maybe A shorter umbrella would have work better though. It is mixing a little bit in the tree.
Very very nice work,
Hats off,
martin

Great details. The sharpening is just fine (not over done). The close up of the throat is very interesting. The front shot let us see that the birds bec is quite high.
God job, great shot. I like it :)

nice composition. I like the spalsh. And the directed light. Great job.

This is a tremendous composition. The green leaf brings the eye to a strong point witch is also has some conversion lines in the background. The background is perfect.
The only thing, is between the eyes of the insects. It is a little bit over-exposed. Maybe you could get some details by doing a multi raw.
Over all, an extremely eye catching shoot.
congrats.

Sepia version: P.S. to remove the Hydro-lines in the sky. Tx. for your
comments.

Great vivid colors. And great idea of putting the rounds in the water. Nice compo. look like a painting.
-
Very well balanced 1- with your flash that fill in with this close up and 2- the exposure for the background is perect.
Very difficult to get no over-exposure in front great.
The proportions are great to. And very original shot.
