This is my favorite photo of your. I think the emphasis on movement through the photo works well. I like that I can see the background deatails. Thanks for sharing.

Very beautiful. I've seen lots of flower shots but this one is really nice. You've taken the banal subject and turned composed with elegance, beauty and intrigue. Thanks for sharing.
  1. The diameter of this tank is approximately 10 feet. There's a hatch above which I dropped down inside only to discover a huge room the size of a large office building and 30 feet tall. Upon entering this tank I viewed two huge water tunnels that used to supply this hydro driven engine with water. The water since been damned up aways. I dare not venture back there yet. Have to get my Slickers. Beneath the grating seen in the picture a large pool of water has collected and is approximately 15ft deep. The tank is supported and encased below by a large wall of coble stones. I should have included a coke bottle that I found and later had it dated from the mid thirties to give this some scale. Next time. Muhaahahahahaha!

Above is a pic taken when I just stuck my camera inside. It was pitch black until a couple days later when I dropped inside then I saw the light and the beginning of the tunnels. LOL

  2. The Lowell Project is a work in progress. Some of the earliest

manufacturing of goods done here in the US. Extensive mill buildings

litter this historic town. I have enetered quite a few places that

haven't been touched in over 80 years. Have founds many cool

artifacts, discovered large catacombs, tunnels places that have been

abandoned and boarded up for years. I have found in many places no

new debri, trash ie..beer cans, soda, and grafitti and other items

that would be a good indicator of new human presence. Well then how

did I get into these places. That's partially du to climbing ropes,

caving equipment, stealth (shhhhh!)For the authorites I actually

just attached a camera to a cat, Thank you, and having an

adventurous spirit. I have lterally crawled through spaces no bigger

than my torso hundreds of feet in pitch black, covered in soot and

bird crap to get to some of these places. Take a look at my

expanding Lowell project. I have a lot of photos to go through so

I'm always updating. Thanks to all who have viewed my photos.

I love Boston. Would love to take some pics in NY though. This was basically a really underexposed pic but I wanted to do something to it. I basically took a really crappy phot and did something interesting with it. I hope. :)
  3. Apparently I was told that visitors from around the world, proffesors in photgraphy classes, text books and such, say that this is a very famous picture being painted and photographed. I've visted lots of galleries and view this photo many times but it's rare that I have seen it in B&W. I like it in B&W since it's been done in color so often.

Very beautiful women. A little on the bright side for, I would like to see it with soft focus with this much hard light. Great picture though. Thank you for sharing.
