The only concern I have is the look in her eyes... as though if she moves, she will fall off the cliff. -

I agree with the distracting out of focus claw, in fact, it's so large that you can't help but being drawn to it. If I was to do it again, I would use a greater depth of field and concentrate on the claw and face.
