I've uploaded a new version of this picture now, with some digital sharpening filters applied. Slightly better, but I guess there is nothing like getting the picture properly in focus in the first place! :)

interesting angle - looks like the balloon is tipping over!

Very unusual composition. Compels the viewers attention. Nice work.

Nice silhouette - leaves the viewer intrigued as to what the cathedral's structure looks like in daylight.

little bit of cropping at the top would make this one perfect. Other than than, very nice shot.

What I love about travel photography is unexpected surprises when you
develop the photos months later... With this photo it wasn't until I
then scanned it in that I noticed the reflection of the "mystery man"
in the cafe window to the right.
Another aspect about photography this photo represents to me ...
looking at this photo it looks a nice warm sunny day, but the reality
is it was about -2 degrees with a wind chill factor! Perhaps a few
people in the shot all rugged up in coats would have helped convey this.

Not sure if the lingering shadow to the right works on this shot or
not ? I do like the way the intricate rock details approach the eye
however.

For about 4 days a year, the setting sun light striking this old
factory is magical during my walk home from work.

Another of my favourite travel shots from a Minolta point-and-shoot.
The original image was over exposed (taken in middle the day), but
converting to B&W I hope helps to salvage an interesting composition.

One of my favourite travel shots - taken from my Minolta APS
point-and-shoot camera on a frosty January morning whilst I was
visiting New York in Jan 2001.

G'day - wondered what people though of this photo, my favourite of
about 50 I took doing the 2 hour base walk around Ayres Rock in
Central Australia.
Richmond Sunset 2

One of my favourite photos, taken at that right time of evening where
the afterglow from the sunset is just perfect. I particularly like all
the intricate building details of the appartment buildings under
construction that are silhouetted by the sun.
