Is that a bad color ?, I used unsharp mask, which brings out the textures of the egg, the potato effect in your eyes.

Yes I did shoot a few with the handle, but that put the egg too far, or I should put the handle in another direction, I'll have a look at it again.

Don't know if you had the choice but I think it looks nicer when the light comes from the upper left, so the cube's faces have three dif. tones.

I like this photo because it has atmosphere, feeling, I get chills. I think this is good, a lot of photo's here on P.net are just beautifull but they miss emotion/feeling which this one does have, good luck ! , technically it's not perfect, and a lot people don't give images like this a 6-6 or higher for that reason, but i think the emotion a picture gives is more important.

I didn't even give you a low rating, 4/5, i gave you the benefit of the doubt, which i regret now (0/0 would have been more appropriate). You're much more creative writer than photographer, good luck, and may the force be with you. It's been entertaining.

I consider Stephen Sullivan as a friend. But let's just be fair, and not start insulting people, you're not making yourself popular in this way. Now i'm convinced that you created the lightning with just a mouseclick, which I think could have been done much more artistic than this.

Media manipulation (what a name :-)), I did some more experiments with coloring and other stuff in this folder., I think you've seen it already, because you commented on my gallery, Thanks, I going to experiment some more with this matter later.

more photoshop time then camera time. But I just wanted to share it

Had to play in photoshop with this one, level adjustments etc. Maybe I overdid it, but this is very rich in color.
