<i>Anyway, bad as you guys might think I was at writing articles or getting the software upgrade out, I was even worse at selling ads for real $$.</i>
A screenshot of this page: <a href="http://www.photo.net/from-the-editor/">http://www.photo.net/from-the-editor/</a>
How can photo.net make money if I got the answer right?<div></div>

Hi Philip,
<p />
If you can remove the all time Photographer Avg (ego booster) search from the Top Photos, and replace it with Editor's Choice (hand picked by PN staff), the rating problem will be fixed. The ratings should only be used in those 3-day queries. Base on the 3 days activity, not too hard to figure out who are playing the game. Hopefully, the rating system will be fixed before Thanksgiving.

Hi Josh,<p />Sorry for the typo, my bad. Just wondering, how many people made the same mistake on their thank you letter for interview. :)
-
Jose,<p />Thanks for the quick fix. One more thing, if the color of Google Ads can match the CSS for PN, it will be nice, unless it affects the Ads performance.

Getting this error when try to modify my personal info:<br /><br />
Problem with Your Input<br />
We had some problems processing your entry:<br />
You need to type in a first name<br />
You need to type in a last name<br />
Please back up using your browser, correct them, and resubmit your entry.<br /><br />
If this is partical of the upgrade to inplement Real Name on photo.net, that will be great.

Well, I didn't complain for a long time, now is my turn. The new design is very nice, but please test it with the 1024x768 resolution. Make it fixed width might be easier to read (try max the browser window on a 20" monitor @ 1600x1200). If you have a not too small bio picture, in Firefox (2.0), it will go behind the bio text. There is a box around the photo.net logo on the Sharing > Top Photos page.

There's no reflections from the film but the sensor. The multi-coated filter will reduce flares and ghost. There is a big difference between my regular Hoya glass CPL and the Pro1.

Move to <a href="http://www.photo.net/photodb/user?user_id=330294">London</a> :)

5 years ago, people might buy a print from you, today, they will buy a camera. No matter how good you are, they can do better, and kick you out of the TRP.

Here is the link and instructions for the recovery software. Good luck.

The problem is not the nude, it's someone managed to control the TRP. It is invisible to the site management, since they don't play the rating game.

You can try Zero Assumption Recovery 8.0. Here is the <a href="http://www.photo96.com/tr/dp/dir_01.htm">instruction</a>.

"Two different models Canon will actually ship two different transmitters. The WFT-E1 is for regions outside of the US and Canada, and has a total of 13 channels in the 2.4Ghz band of 802.11b and 802.11g. To conform with wireless regulations in the US and Canada, the WFT-E1A has a total of 11 channels only, but is otherwise functionally identical to the WFT-E1."<br><br>
"Standard and extended range antennas The WFT-E1/WFT-E1A ships with Normal Antenna NA-E1, which is removable. The range of the device is specified to be 60 m/197 ft with the NA-E1 attached, subject to the usual caveats about walls and various forms of wireless voodoo impacting the maximum range. An optional accessory antenna, called Extended Range Antenna ERA-E1, boosts the working range to 150 m/492 ft."<br><br>

The Sigma 50-500mm is a great lens, they do have Nikon mount. Here is a <a href="http://www.photo96.com/yongbo/20060702_crw_4642_a.htm">sample</a> (I got the version for Canon).

Google Images FAQ: <a href="http://www.google.ca/help/faq_images.html">http://www.google.ca/help/faq_images.html</a><br>
Since PN PageRank is 7, images post on PN will close to the top search result.
-
If the page which the image belongs to, has been indexed by Google, and the keyword has been used for search. For example, "yongbo", you will see a lot of flamingos. Btw, I can't find your flamingo toolkit anymore. :)

You are welcome.

There are two different ways to access your home page:<br>
Login is required for the first one (I believe), that's the link under your workspace, the second link is from the individual picture (public).
-
Hi Steve, for a good web page, the top left must be useful text, can't be a picture changing frequently. The current Shopping section did help visitors to make the right decisions, and it's right on topic. You have to buy a camera first before taking any pictures.
-
Actually, I was trying to say, something should fill the white space on the middle/bottom left, no need to be the POW, could be list of the popular forums or presentations. I don't think it's reserved for Ads. Too heavy on the right, and that was my first impression on the home page before get used to it.
-
Or, move the POW above "from the gallery", and all the text to the left.

Maybe a forum called モOpen Talkヤ, but this is off topic. For a website, the most important thing is the content, that's how you get the return visitors and people might refer your site to a friend, PN is an excellent example. You can also use Google AdSense or Yahoo directory service. I am using GoDaddy.com for hosting, and they have some free open source applications, such as Coppermine Photo Gallery. Flash is a big no no for searching engine. Here are some web design guidelines:<br>
