    Into the Mystic...

Really nice shot Roger, liked the way you were able to retain the look of the trees thru the mist and hold that dreary look overall. But do me one favor, don't push Ole Man Winter:-)

    Window Displays

This was a window display in an Irish Pub that I thought made an

interesting composition. What you see is what you get with no touch

ups. Comments and critiques always welcome. Thank you.

To me, this is a wonderful shot and well executed, the only thing that bothers me is the strand of hair crossing the bridge of her nose. Other than that,,, 6/6

Nice shot Rog.. I don't know why but when I first spotted this my mind initially thought of something midievel. Colors and texture are great - another job well done.

    Crystal Army

This is a color shot - but the crystals and black tablecloth make it

look otherwise. Any thoughts or critiques are welcome, good or bad

just add to the learning process.

What a great shot of Paco - didn't think he stayed still long enough for a shot like this. Very well done --- top ratings. 7/6

    MOVING.....

Linda: I saw this shot and got it also in your e-mail - as noted by others it's a very moving shot and really well executed. The Wall was on the green here in East Haven only a couple of months ago and I got a few shots but none nearly as good as this. Thank you..

    HARBOR LIGHTS

Linda: I really like this shot - you've done an excellent job on being able to capture the sunset yet preserve all the colors and details of the boats, water and sky. Not an easy task.
  1. CJ & Linda: Thank you both for the words of encouragement - they are taken to heart and mean a lot. These shots are done strictly for the fun of it and trying to obtain a bit of creativity. Thank you again.
  2. Wasn't sure what catagory to place this in. Ran across this old

covered bridge in Vermont on a beautiful sunny day yet the light

    inside still burned brightly.

Comments, ratings or suggestions for improvements are appreciated.

  3. Roger: I have to agree with Daily - when this first popped up I thought it was a watercolor till I read your description. Very well done - nice to see the mondane turned into a work of art.
