Reinhard - This could be more special than you think with a bit of contrast, brightness, sharpening etc. All the usual things.

I have taken the liberty of making some quick adjustments to give it more punch.

This is highly original and well executed. The many diagonals in the picture (both the architecture and the rain) create a deal of interest and the rain running from the roof pieces add dynamism. Good use of shutter speed.
