    Candid portraits are really hard to get the light just right, for the most part you have to take the shot when the opportunity arises. A flash on slow sync works really well, or shooting the model completely in the shad. The overexposure of the area where the sun hits her face is kinda harsh, but I think you still did a very good shot. Most people would have metered the daylight, but you metered the shadow and it came out, great job.

    Very surealistic, I think it has real expression. Not your typical beautiful landscape, instead its uglyness of a littered beach. The canted perspective adds to the expression.

    Wonderful shot, composition, perspective, lighting, contrast, all perfect, just perfect, 7/7.

     

    She looks almost like she should be a classical statue.
