    This is my first time shooting IR film. Trying to come to terms with

    the high amount of noise :). Any suggestions will be very welcome!

    Do you think this photo belongs in the landscape category or fine-

    art?

    I have to say that I rather like the cap. Cropping it midway would probably ruin the picture for me. The knit has a very unique feel to it and I think it lends personality to what would otherwise just be a portrait of a beautiful girl. And like someone already said, that relaxed yet attentive expression in the eyes is totally characteristic of youthful love. The tones are pretty good, but I wish the top of the cap was a little less bright...but that's just me. I think a very light vignetting might look good.

    Well, you're right that a lot of it can't be seen, that, funny as it may sound, was a part of the plan. Mostly the faces are wiped out. You can't make out who the models are, only a bit of the clothes and the stage can be seen.

    This is absolutely fantastic! I love the composition and the exposure, its perfect. I am not sure what I think about the black edge at the top though; but as long as it meets your vision its fine! Awesome work!

    I love the photograph. Its great composition, very balanced and effective use of colors and well posed. I just wish that the couch was symmetric in the photograph, either both the sides should've shown or none. And well, I would like a little detail in the dress, but then maybe the solid black is what you wanted, so ...

    Wow! This is an extremely captivating picture. Cutting edge art! I love the colors and the confusing composition. From reading the comments it seems like it really drives home a point "Pretty and senseless- lifestyle of the rich and mindless".
