Thank you for your thoughts regarding the composition of the image...I prefered to put the old woman near the lower right corner of the frame in order to have a diagonal position against the house in the background..it looked a bit stronger to me than placing the woman in the middle of the frame..
I changed the infos of the image..both photos were taking near the village of Vitina on my way to Dimitsana:)

Yes the colours have been "replaced".
In my monochrome folder you may also see the original image switched in b&w
