i adjusted the horizon line and applied a small crop, but i also converted the profile to apple RGB, which i find to work good for sunsets and rich color.

The sunset is very nice, but taking a picture of a sunset sometimes needs a few things. mainly a straight horizon line and/or the horizon in the top or bottom third of the photograph (not centered unless neccessary). A subject can also help the image.

did the 17-40 get it this sharp or did you sharpen it with your camera or ps. its really sharp. i think highlights maybe too blown out in the face for me but great job.

yes a little lacking in contrast, and not the best focus, but the picture is great, those little guys are awesome, i love how they are peeking out of the box.

I think it works, do you not like all of the gray? I think if anything I would like more contrast, or a darker shadow value, but i think it works because the fog makes everything have a ghosty feel. anyway looks good to me 6/6
