I like this one by far the best of all the vertical ones. The arrow has a great narrative. What do the Chinese characters mean, though? Just curious whether I am missing out on a hidden meaning :)

the chinese reads "drive slowly" how ever the road was blocked due to the WTO protesters, hence no cars on what would usually be a busy road.
