Good eye..love the color too

What a shot! Lighting is perfect.

A bit too dark on the edges.

I also found the composite not working here. More retouch needs to be done for the lighting on the bird to make it natural and real. Idea was good, but not well done.

Any comments are welcome! I was just playing with shadows with my new

Crop it better - without your shadow and right hand side gap

Matt, I really dont understand why you have uploaded this photo here. There is nothing in it - shapness, subject, abstract, color, tone, mood - I cannot see anything. Either I dont get it or you are kidding. Sorry.

Color corrected in PS

Thanks for the comments.
I kept the doors little bit off-center as I thought that will be more eye catching. I did not do much color correction in PS as I wanted to leave the original color, but saturating the color certainly making it dramatic. Thanks for the suggestion. But rotating this image is a great problem in PS. The vertical lines of the doors getting broken and distorted. Have anyone faced such problem before?

I saw this door in the Ouray, Colorado during my recent visit. There was snow everywhere, but the reflection of the tree in the glass gave me an illusion that there may be an oriental paradise behind these magic doors. I tried to capture that mood. Comments are welcome.

Did you use any filter? Or did some color correction in PS? Just curious. Great shot.

Great picture. I like the composition and color richness. Only one weakness that I see here is the effect of polarizer made the blueness of the sky uneven. You may want to touch up a little bit in Photoshop to recover the original blue sky - specially on the top left corner. Otherwise, a great shot!

I shot this one in Mills Lake, Rocky Maountain in the morning light.
A circular polarizer was used.
