I like it but I think it suffers a little because it is not as sharp as it could be. Also the highlights in the knee are a little too blown out. I noticed you have some very sharp photos. "on the way" for example is very sharp, and I have to say a great photo. But your self portrates all seem a little out of focus or motion blured. A shame because I think the poses are great. You might try and put your camera in manual focus mode and pre-focus for these shots.

  1. Shot on a rest day during a climbing trip. I was told this was a

nice hike, but I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly

surprised and spent many hours swimming and relaxing.

    Is the saturation too much?

    Thanks

This is a cool plant that grows in my front yard. I have no idea

what it is, but I enjoy it every year when it emerges from the

    ground. Thanks for any comments.

Every year these flowers emerge for a week or two in the shade by our

pool. This year I snapped some pictures. The saturation was wild.

    What do you think?

    Thanks

  2. This is a photo of a very unfortunate Flicker. . I wish I could say

no animals were injured during the filming, but I was going for a

kind of Alfred Hitchcock effect. Comments?

    Thanks

    Thanks for the comments.

Palmer I agree about the tighter cropping being more effective. I have uploaded a tighter cropped version. 2/8/04

This is a very nice portrait of a very beautiful model. I might have used just a little more fill for the shadows on the right side of her face. But then again, what do I know. Keep up the good work!
