There is no setting for the film speed: the camera doesn't have a light meter.

-

The shutter should close when you let up your finger. The green speeds are all Bulb, not timed, but it sounds like your shutter might need a CLA.

Fogging from a light leak at some point in the process before the film was developed, probably while loading it.

Not good for low light, contrasty scenes, eh?

The viewfinder screen of my Rollei 3.5F measures 56x56mm, which is exactly the same size as the film gate. I conclude, therefore, that the viewfinder shows 100% of the picture.

I have gotten an A-1 and it has gone through an alkaline 28 and a lithium 28 battery in a week. Has anyone else had a problem like this? Thanks

Who do you send it to for that CLA?

Probably the lenses are 1 cam, which is what was used with the Standard. That also makes them less valuable.

I can't really see the eyelashes on the 4x5, while they are very clearly delineated in the 6x7 scan.

What a wild and wacky idea!

In 1957 all film still came from the manufacturer with the long leader.

Mark -- It seems to be the only size they do. There isn't anyway to select a size and they all come back 3x3.

I've been having Wamart process my 120 C41 film for a couple of years. I use their mailer envelopes and put it in the slot in the photo dept. for them. They send the film to Fujilabs, who do first class work. A roll of 120 Ektar costs $1.56 for developing and making 3x3 prints of 12 pictures. It takes about two weeks. I love it.

Noone can tell the difference between your digital prints and your RC or fiber base silver prints?

That f3.5 Summaron really produces nice results.

I thought the Nokton didn't flare!

I believe it's worth a king's ransom.

Great views, but I wish you'd dropped the lens to put the horizon at the top edge so we could see more of the city.

A gryphon.

Really enjoying these shots. Thanks

These show a distressing amount of vignetting.

This is a beautiful and strong B&W portrait. Nice work.

8x10 is four times the size of 4x5.
4x5 is four times the size of 6x7cm.
6x7cm is four times the size of 35mm.

Yes, that is an 8x10 Sinar P. It looks like it's in good shape, but it's hard to tell from that picture. What lens is it?

All three of my LTM lenses line up like that, about one o'clock, one my IIIg.

Are there different ETTL systems for Leica's various camera lines?
